About Alberton, MT - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
Alberton is a small, rural town in Southwestern Montana. This area is recognized for its magnificent sceneries and unbelievable natural beauty. It is a quiet, country escape for explorers from all over the country, and the globe. Snowcapped peaks and fabulous ponds, lakes and waterways create scenery that you won’t find elsewhere in America. You will wonder if you have just walked into a scene from a nature film – it is truly that remarkable.
The local history is interesting, as well. You will find interesting stories of nature explorers and pioneers all over this part of Montana. Within Alberton, there is a three-story brick school which was registered on the National Register of Historic Places in the late 1990'on January 13, 1997. From its erection in 1919, until 1960, it was the lone high school in 40 miles, and the structure continues to function as a school.
In our loud, crazy world filled with cellphones and laptops it can be almost impossible to remember what life before all of this “stuff” was like. But, Montana is still a piece of untouched wilderness and beauty – an American gem. Alberton is the perfect place to unwind and think. It is also an amazing place for artists who have historically relished recreating the scenery, landscapes and unbelievable wildlife.
But, the town doesn’t feel isolated. It is adjacent to many facilities and amenities in the nearby town of Missoula. There are plenty of local activities and social events within a small distance, as well. Missoula is the home of a wide array of schools, institutions, businesses, etc. It is also home to University of Montana. Though you may not hear a ton about this school in the media, or on TV, it is an absolutely phenomenal school that has produced many distinguished scholars and academics.
